What we collect

IronStack does not run analytics, ad tracking, or third-party behavior tracking. We do not sell your data.

Most of your workout data stays on your device. The app is offline-friendly and works without an internet connection for core logging and history.

When we contact our servers

IronStack only connects to our servers for two reasons:

• Generate AI workouts when you request them.
• Fetch exercise demo media (WebP images) and related exercise details.

Your data

We only send the minimum information needed to complete AI generation requests or load exercise media. We do not store or share your workout history for analytics or advertising.
